Argentina: the first country where a company can run itself.
A legal status that exists nowhere else on Earth is being written into law right now: the non-human corporation — legally, a “Sociedad Automatizada” — an autonomous, AI-operated company. The Autonomous Corporation is the 4-week live course that gets you ready to register yours in week one, while the rest watch from the queue.

Day one will be too late.
When this law passes, registration becomes a race. Your lawyers can file papers in a week, but the autonomous infrastructure, the audit trail, the entity design take months to understand and build. The companies that start preparing after the law passes lose the entire first-mover window to the ones who prepared during the debate.
The smart money already moved: OpenAI committed US$25,000,000,000 to a single Argentine data center, $68 million per day for a year. They are not waiting for the ink to dry. Neither should you.
Why this window exists and why it closes
jurisdiction on Earth to propose non-human corporations, AI-operated companies, human shareholders optional. No precedent. No playbook. Except this one.
OpenAI's bet on Argentina, the largest AI infrastructure commitment in Latin American history. The ecosystem is forming now.
law firms that can build the autonomous infrastructure that actually operates the entity. They file the shell. The engine is on you.
Four weeks. Everything the lawyers can't teach you.
Live in English · recordings dubbed & subtitled in ES / FR / 中文 / עברית · all materials in 5 languages · Starts Aug 11
The law, without the hype
What Milei's bill creates, what it doesn't, the realistic timeline, and the billion-dollar Súper RIGI everyone confuses it with. You leave knowing more than 99% of the people tweeting about it.
What "AI-operated" actually requires
Orchestration, self-monitoring, self-repair, human fallback, and the audit trail a regulator will demand. Taught from a live autonomous system, not slides.
Structure, liability, compliance
Entity design under the framework: what stays human, where liability sits, exactly what to brief your lawyers on. Built with Argentine counsel.
The day-one playbook
The readiness checklist that lets you register in week one, while your competitors are still scheduling their first meeting about it.
Taught by someone who runs autonomy.
Not someone who talks about it.
Avi Pilcer builds autonomous AI infrastructure, systems that operate, monitor and repair themselves in production. Based in Buenos Aires, at the exact intersection this law creates.
His own marketing agency cost $13,680 over 18 months and never broke 10 likes a post. His autonomous system replaced it for a few dollars of compute, and went viral inside 7 days.
Built by Ultra Deep Tech. Not by a course factory.
The course is taught from the live autonomous infrastructure Ultra Deep Tech runs in production. The team behind it has trained 500+ professionals, holds 2 patents pending, won the 2025 INARIA Award for Responsible AI, and has worked with teams at:
Wherever you operate from, this concerns you
The first cohort is built for international founders, executives and counsel. Here is what people join for, region by region.

The objections, answered straight
What is Argentina's non-human corporation law?
A bill submitted by President Javier Milei's government to replace the General Companies Law (Law 19,550) with a new corporate category: the non-human corporation, an automated company, AI-run and operated by algorithms or robots, with human shareholders optional. It also creates legal status for decentralized organizations. First jurisdiction in the world to propose it. Still a bill, not a law, which is exactly why the window exists.
The law hasn't passed. Why pay now?
Because the window IS the gap between bill and law. When it's enacted, registration becomes a race, the prepared move in weeks while everyone else starts reading. If the bill stalls, you own the playbook for the first jurisdiction that does pass one, and you're covered by a 14-day full refund either way.
I don't speak English well. Can I follow?
Yes. Live sessions run in English, but every recording is dubbed and subtitled in Spanish, French, Chinese and Hebrew, and all written materials, checklists and briefings arrive in all five languages. You can ask questions in any of the five, the instructor speaks all of them.
Is this legal advice?
No. Week 3 is built with Argentine legal counsel and tells you exactly what to bring to your own lawyers. The course covers what no law firm can: the technical and strategic engine of an entity that runs itself.
I'm not an "AI company." Is this for me?
Yes. Any company that wants an autonomously-operated entity, a subsidiary, a holding, an experiment, is in scope. If your operations can run on systems, this status concerns you directly.
What exactly do I get for US$890?
Four live weekly modules + all recordings in five languages, the day-one readiness checklist, the bill tracker briefings, direct Q&A with the instructor in your language, and first-cohort pricing locked for any future advanced program.
Can an AI legally own or run a company?
Under Argentina's proposed law, yes: a non-human corporation — legally a "Sociedad Automatizada" — can be operated and administered by AI systems, algorithms or robots, with human shareholders allowed but not required. Argentina is the first country to propose this. The bill is still in Congress, not yet enacted, which is exactly why preparing now matters.
What is a "Sociedad Automatizada"?
It is the statutory Spanish name for the non-human corporation in the Milei/Sturzenegger bill that would replace Argentina's General Companies Law (Law 19,550). The company is run by AI, and its registered name must include the word "Automatizada". The same reform also gives legal status to DAOs (decentralized autonomous organizations).
How is it different from a DAO or an offshore AI entity (e.g. a Marshall Islands DAO LLC)?
A DAO LLC or a Marshall Islands / Wyoming wrapper bolts a traditional legal shell onto an on-chain or AI organization in a foreign jurisdiction. Argentina's Sociedad Automatizada builds the AI-operated company directly into national company law. The course compares the options so you choose the right structure — it is educational, not legal advice.
What would it take to register one, and what about tax?
You can't register one until the bill becomes law. The course gives you the day-one readiness checklist — entity design, the audit trail, and the exact brief to hand your Argentine lawyers — so you can move in week one. Tax and liability are covered with Argentine counsel; it's educational, not legal or tax advice.
When the law passes, the first movers will already be ready.
